Adding android vendor rules in Arch Linux
/etc/udev/rules.d/51-android.rules
Everything similar like that of ubuntu. This is what my 51-android.rules file contains.

Now, the difference in Ubuntu and Arch was on reloading the udev rules.
Reload the udev rules.
For Ubuntu the command is:
#service udev restartAnd for Arch the command is
#udevadm control --reload
